Sylvia's Funeral service will be held at Mortlake Crematorium on Tuesday 26th September 2017 at 12:40pm. Parking is available at the crematorium. If mourners arrive early there is a waiting room and facilities in the crematorium.

Following the funeral you are warmly invited to join Sylvia's family for light refreshments at Chiswick House and Gardens Conservatory.
